Refund & Policy

  • Our Focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
  • NNPL provides postpaid/prepaid services so customer will have to pay as per billing cycle and billing amount. For myWiFi services, we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) if you have received codes through the sms. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.
  • Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration/resolution on a case to case basis.
  • Refunds are to be processed to the registered UPI number only or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with Netlife Network(NNPL). No other bank account is to be used for refunds. Cash and cheque are not to be used for customer refunds.
  • Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition or depend on the valuation through our engineer.
  • In case of Billing disputes, NNPL subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on [email protected]
